Order Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Return Policy: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Product does not match its description.
• Product received is damaged. Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Funds will be deposited into the customer's bank account.

Reordering Policy: Customers who fail to receive their product and wish to reorder in the future will be required to make a 100% advance payment."
