Exchange & Returns

Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges for all products purchased from Our Online Store within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item does not match the original specifications of the product or differs from what was purchased.

To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service department at syedwajih75@gmail.com. Each dispute is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties.

Replacement items will be sent for defected, faulty, or damaged items. Photographic evidence of the defective item must be emailed to syedwajih75@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for claims to be processed.

Certain scenarios may make returns or exchanges challenging, including:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Damage due to product use.
  • Tampering with the product.
  • Missing components such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.
  • Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned without the original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
  • Packs containing multiple items must be returned intact, as they are considered a single item.
  • Fragrances and accessories can only be exchanged if delivered damaged.

 

Returns:

If you wish to return an online order, please notify us within 3 days of purchase by Emailing At syedwajih75@gmail.com. We can only process returns for damaged or incorrect items.

Exceptions and special conditions apply to certain items:

  • Packs must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Accessories must be returned with original packaging intacted.

The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are covered for wrong or damaged items.

Refunds for approved returns are issued via Coupon or credited to your account within 7-10 business days. If the return amount is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department for prompt resolution.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded for returning all items in an order.
